1. Services Offered.

Libi & Daughters Clinic specializes in providing skin treatments and consultations. Our services are designed to meet the individual needs of our patients, ensuring a personalized approach to skincare and wellbeing.

2. Patient Interaction.

All patient interactions, including consultations and treatments, are conducted in person at our clinic. We prioritize direct and personal communication to effectively address the needs and concerns of our patients. At the discretion of the Clinic we might allow for online interaction via a medium determined by us.

3. Privacy Policy.

Libi & Daughters Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our patients' personal data. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure compliance with UK law regarding data protection. Our practices include maintaining confidentiality, securing patient data, and respecting the rights of our patients regarding their personal information.

4. Payment Policy.

Consultation fees are required to be paid in full prior to the appointment. Payments for treatments and other services provided at the clinic are due in full immediately after the service is rendered. We do not accept partial payments, and all transactions must be completed according to these terms. For some treatments, we take deposits upon scheduling.

5. Appointments Policy.

Before your scheduled appointment, we will provide specific instructions on necessary preparations. This may include steps like shaving, removing makeup, and avoiding sun exposure to ensure a safe and effective treatment.

If, upon arrival, we assess that sun exposure or tanning presents a safety concern, we may need to reschedule your treatment to a later date to ensure optimal results and safety.

We require the removal of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products prior to treatment. While our practitioners will cleanse the treatment area, we cannot guarantee the removal of residual substances from skin pores, which may lead to adverse reactions.

We strive to ensure that your appointment proceeds as scheduled. However, in the event that we must cancel your appointment on short notice, we will exert our best efforts to inform you ahead of time and book a replacement appointment at a time convenient for you.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before you alloted time in order to complete the required documentation. Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of appointment.

Failure to arrive 15 minutes post your allocated time will result in a cancellation. This is done to ensure that each appointment receives the high quality of care that the clinic strives to provide and not cause undue hindrance for other appointments.

For certain skin treatments, it is essential to arrive 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled appointment to facilitate the application of a numbing cream. Please note that arriving late may necessitate the cancellation of the treatment if our staff determines that the procedure cannot be safely conducted without the proper application of the numbing cream.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

In the event that you would need to cancel your appointment, you are required to give us a minimum 48hr notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the event that the cancellation request is received before 48 hrs, the clinic will work with you to reschedule the appointment for a later date as per the availability at the Clinic or process a refund.

In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. In such an event the Clinic cannot guarantee the availability of a time slot as per your requirement and will try to accommodate you in the next available time slot.

7. Liability and Limitations.

Libi & Daughters Clinic endeavors to provide the highest standard of care. However, we disclaim liability for any unforeseen complications or adverse reactions that may arise despite our adherence to professional standards.

Patients are advised to disclose all relevant medical history and follow pre and post-treatment instructions to minimize risks.

8. User Responsibilities.

Patients are responsible for adhering to the advice and instructions provided by our medical professionals, especially regarding pre and post-treatment care. Compliance with these guidelines is crucial for the effectiveness of treatment and overall patient safety.

9. Complaints Policy.

We value patient feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns or complaints. Patients can submit complaints via email to office@libi.co.uk, and we will endeavor to resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining open communication throughout the process.

10. Refunds Policy.

All payments made to Libi & Daughters Clinic are final. We do not offer refunds for consultations, treatments, or any other services provided. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability and quality of our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
